Mobileye N.V. in partnership with Taylor Machine Works, Inc. has successfully developed the world's first vision based pedestrian detection aid for powered industrial trucks.
Future Launches
Mobileye is today the clear market leader in automotive vision based Driver Assistance Systems. On top of the current multiple vehicle launches from 2007 into 2009, Mobileye is in series development programs for a wide range of vehicle makers who will launch systems from 2010 onwards.
BMW
In 2007, Mobileye N.V. and Siemens VDO launched Lane Departure Warning on the 5 Series BMW, and later, in the 6 Series BMW. In 2008 Mobileye and Continental launched the world's first multiple-function bundle of Lane Departure Warning, Intelligent High Beam Control and Speed Limit Information to the new BMW 7 Series, using the Mobileye EyeQ® processor.
Volvo Car Corporation
Mobileye N.V., in partnership with Delphi Corporation and Volvo Car Corporation, has developed radar-vision fusion systems for new S80, V70, XC70 and XC60 series vehicles. Using Mobileye's EyeQ® processor, the camera-radar system provides Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and collision mitigation functions, as well as Driver Alert Control (drowsy driver) monitoring.
GM
Mobileye N.V., in partnership with Magna Electronics, equips three General Motors vehicles with Lane Departure Warning: the Cadillac STS and DTS, and the Buick Lucerne.
